Method Race Wheels New Zealand Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Eligibility
    This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. The promotion is a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) promotion and is not open to trade, wholesale, distributor, commercial, fleet or business customers.
  2. No Purchase Necessary
    No purchase is necessary to enter or win this promotion.

  3. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:

    • Like the designated giveaway post on the official Method Race Wheels New Zealand Instagram account, @methodracewheels_nz;
    • Follow @methodracewheels_nz; and
    • Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post and comment which Method Race Wheels they would like for their vehicle.

    Entrants may enter multiple times by submitting additional eligible comments, provided each entry meets all entry requirements. There is no limit to the number of valid entries an individual may submit.

  4. Promotion Period
    Entries open when the giveaway post is published and close at 11:59 pm NZST on 6 September 2026. Any entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
  5. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive one (1) complete set of four (4) Method Race Wheels of their choice, subject to the selected wheels being available in stock in New Zealand at the time the prize is claimed.
  6. Prize Availability
    The prize is limited to Method Race Wheels that are currently available and in stock in New Zealand. If the winner's selected wheels are unavailable or out of stock in New Zealand, the winner will be required to select an alternative set of four (4) Method Race Wheels that is available in New Zealand stock.
  7. Winner Selection
    One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The winner will be selected on 7 September 2026.
  8. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) through the official @methodracewheels_nz Instagram account. The winner will have 48 hours from the time the notification is sent to accept the prize and provide any information reasonably required to fulfil the prize.
  9. Unclaimed Prize
    If the selected winner does not respond or accept the prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated until the prize is successfully claimed.
  10. Prize Claim Period
    The prize must be claimed within six (6) months of the winner being selected. If the prize has not been claimed within this period, the winner may forfeit their entitlement to the prize.
  11. Prize Conditions
    The prize:
    • Is limited to one (1) complete set of four (4) Method Race Wheels;
    • Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
    • Cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person;
    • Cannot be redeemed for store credit or another product; and
    • Is subject to the selected wheels being available in stock in New Zealand.
  12. Eligible Entries
    Method Race Wheels New Zealand reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, provides false or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process. Entrants must be following @methodracewheels_nz at the time the winner is drawn to remain eligible.
  13. Instagram Disclaimer
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or in connection with the promotion.
  14. Winner Publicity
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Method Race Wheels New Zealand may announce their Instagram username and/or name as the winner of the promotion on its social media channels and other promotional channels associated with the giveaway.
  15. Changes to the Promotion
    Method Race Wheels New Zealand reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  16. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering the promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
